Hi ,

The energy poured through me today, smooth as silk. In through the crown of the head and put through the hands. It was rejuvenating and purifying. 

"The secret art of inviting happiness, the miraculous medicine of all disease." This is the start of the reiki precepts, which provide guidance for living a happy, healthy life.

Today's session provided the fertile soil to nourish that life.
