Hi ,

We started with a deep stirring within an area in between the throat chakra and the heart chakra. It was a deeply moving and fluttering movement that was hard to catch hold of. Within a few minutes there was a dramatic shift and the energetic centre shifted lower (nearer the solar plexus) and felt stable and complete.
