Hi ,

Today we had some pretty heavy rains coming down. And that comes on top of the heavy snow load we have covering everything already.  Now the snow is saturated and very heavy. That is how the energy felt in our session today too. The energy felt restricted and slow moving. Heavy feeling. I think a lot of people are feeling that way these days with all of the uncertainty in the world. And as we are all connected, collectively we are saturated.

I was reminded of the basic truth that where our attention goes the energy flows. As much as you can, focus on the things you want to grow and expand in this world. Focus on positive outcomes you'd like to realize, not all of the things you don't like or disagree with others about.  That is where our true power lies.
