I hope this message finds you well! Today we started with a rebuilding/restructuring. At the back of the head there was a sensation of physical building of structure. A brick wall had fallen/was in disrepair, and was quickly being rebuilt. It was foundational- providing basic support. This was followed by a strong sensation in the left foot. The spot was behind the big toe, and close to the outer edge of the foot. The same spot activated in the right foot following that. These were linked to the healing in the back of the head. Each supporting the other in the ways they needed to. Each counterbalanced perfectly.
