Hi ,

The session today was almost entirely focused on the 3rd eye chakra (forehead). The energy poured from my hands, and flowed in through the forehead. The effect was a deep relaxation and calming of the frazzled  energy that existed. My hope is that you find calm and peace when you need it. When things become out of balance, energy work like that from today helps to set things back on track.
