Hi ,

Our session today featured an important shift. My hands and arms lifted up and were directed to move 90 degrees so they ended up in line directly in front of me. This movement shifted the direction of the energetic flow. It should bring attention to new areas within us. And it felt like an important step in our spiritual journey.
