Today's session had visions of a butterfly fluttering about. It was elegant yet new and vulnerable. It was all about rebirth. If this word means something to you in this moment then perhaps you are in that rebirth process or about to go through it. A beautiful butterfly enjoying a warm sunny day. Since restarting up the club I've been finding my groove and balance in our sessions. I've found that some weeks one session is enough, so I am going to revise things to provide at least one session per week.
