There was a distinct adjustment within the neck/throat during our session today. It happened quite suddenly part way through, and felt similar to what you might feel when having a chiropractor do an adjustment. In this case there was no physical movement, but the adjustment was completed at an energetic level. There was even the sensation of a cracking sound accompanying the change, further mirroring the sensations of a physical adjustment. This was provided to us by the wise energy for our greatest good, as is always the case during our shared distance energy sessions.
