There was a lot of heat from my hands in today's session. It felt like it was due to a large volume of energy moving through them this time around. It was targeting many areas around the body, but most notably inside the head. There were lots of shifts occurring in ways that all felt related. As one shift occurred it also was linked to another spot, which in turn affected another. Like a connected machine, or a series of intertwined strings, one pull affecting all of the individual pieces.
