Today's session was almost entirely focused on the very top of the head - the crown chakra. Periodically energy dropped down from there to spread into the rest of the body, but the focus continued to stay at the crown. When someone cones up with a new idea they'll often say it's "just off the top of my head". There's a theory that energetically new ideas come in through the top of the head and then as they continue to evolve and are eventually implemented the energy of the idea moves down through the different chakras in the body at each stage. Perhaps this is why we perceive the new idea from the top of our head. And perhaps today's session is about a new idea or even a new paradigm to help us reach a new level in our healing.
