For today we had further integration of our work's focus from Monday. I felt energy transfer through my fingertips and grounding to the earth. The earth featured prominently - our connection to it, the feel of it on our hands when we work with it. The message from the earth is that we are part of it, not separate. And we can rely on it as a source of strength.
