Today's session started at the top of the head. There was a buzzing and electric quality to it. After a few minutes it dropped in a gentle wave down to the level of the top of the throat, where additional focus was felt for some time. When that completed the energy gently drifted away, leaving a refreshed and open space for expansion of what is needed in that area.
