There was a playful spirit to our session today. It had a bouncy nature, and made quick appearances in different areas, sometimes popping out and then quickly hiding as if to say,  nope, can't find me now! It was a child-like and innocent interaction that was sincere and helpful at the same time. Serious healing can also be fun!
