Describing today's session as calm would be an understatement. It felt as if everything was in slow motion. If you've been travelling a narrow river, full of fast moving water, then today the river widened way up and the current slowed to the point of appearing still. A great calm and soothing energy fell into place. That calm is always available when needed, but it is an incredible soothing presence that wanted to make itself known today.
