In the session today there was a specific focus placed on a spot at the back of the base of the head, and just off to the right a bit. Basically where the neck meets the head. It was unclear the significance of that particular location on the body, but it had a protective and supportive quality to it. It was keeping something important safe and secure. The energy was very focused in that small area throughout our session and wanted to make sure we knew we are taken care of.
