My apologies - it looks like my update on Monday didn't get sent out, and I didn't notice until now. I've included what I wrote on Monday below. Today's session had an electric energy throughout the body. It was both calming and highly energetic at the same time. These may seem at odds but often in life there are many sides to what seems like a singular event on the surface. Many paradoxical situations arise and I encourage you to recognize them, and embrace the conflicting feelings and emotions that can come out of them. Growth and healing often occurs in that space.

 

From Monday:

We had adjustments throughout the head and sinuses today, and not just because I'm at the tail end of a head cold that's been affecting my body's energy levels, although that may have been a factor :) 

We're having a cold and snowy snap where I am, and it makes me all the more appreciative to have a warm dwelling to live in, in a place where I can be 99.9% sure I won't be bombed at any moment. The world should all be that way. It's unfortunate that not everyone yet understands that hurting others is simply hurting yourself, on every level. Keep positive, change is our constant.
