Energy Healers, when administering a session, help channel the energy from source to the recipients. In this process the healer in fact also becomes a recipient themselves of the wise energy. By giving a session they also receive a session. Today I've been feeling very tired and our session together today has been immensely helpful in providing some help with that. It revealed tension in the upper mouth/palate, extending through the face and pulling in behind the eyes. It was accompanied by bright, crisp white light. As the energy worked to release blockages related to that it also went to specific areas within each of you that were discovered to benefit from that. The process is always mysterious, but I simply trust in it, and allow it to do what is in the best interests of each of us.
