One of the things I like about doing distance energy sessions is that there are fewer restrictions or limitations on how the session can take place. Generally when you do reiki in person, with the person on a table or sitting in a chair in the room with you, it is understood that the energy comes out of the healer's hands and transfers to the person in that way. With diatancec energy sessions that is often the case as well  but it doesn't have to be. In today's session there were times that it felt like the energy was coming in through my hands instead and then out the top of my head on its way to each of you. That is what the energy wanted to do, and it was free to work in whatever way made the most sense in that moment.
