Today we had quite intense energy through the neck and lower part of the head. It felt like it was trying to shift in a rotational way. And the interesting part is that I felt no connection to the physical structure of the body while it was happening. There was no sensation of the throat itself, or the skin, muscles or anything else physical. Just a knowing that the energy was in the area where those things exist, but it was somehow entirely separate from them this time around. This perception was quite unique and enjoyable to work with. It felt like it may have allowed the shifts to happen more fully, being unencumbered by the physical components. In any case, this felt very productive and satisfying.
