As I sat down to prepare for today's session I was compelled to add a request for peace and goodwill toward all people. I was somewhat surprised by this addition. Was it brought on by nostalgia and all of the religious imagery this season contains? I don't think so. It came from somewhere deeper. Somewhere that believes a peaceful and kind world is possible for everyone on this planet.

 

Throughout the session today there was a deep and luxurious energy flowing from the heart chakra. I could feel that peace, and experienced the understanding that it is available for everyone - there is no limit to its depth. That flow of energy poured so smoothly and in great volumes. I felt it swirling around in the root chakra as well, as it flowed through the body. The symbolic colours for those chakras are red (root) and green (heart). It wasn't lost on me the other symbolism in those colours and their connection to this holiday where many wish for peace and goodwill toward all people. Maybe just coincidence? But maybe a sign that all of these things are connected. That truly experiencing that love from our source of life can transform us in ways most of us cannot yet imagine.
