As always I asked that our individual requests be considered during our session, and also that all work be done for the greatest good of each of you and for the group in general. Thanks again to those who submitted requests for the week - they always factor into our sessions. Today we had light swirly energy that was focused at the head mostly, with some filtering through to the rest of the body. When the work was complete everything became absolutely still. There was a palpable sense of peace.
