Hi ,

Today the session started very strong with what I would describe as almost frantic energy throughout my head.  It was especially noticeable in the jaw, sinuses and ear drums.  As the session progressed there were a series of minor shifts, and each time the energy evened out a little bit more, and there was more feeling of peace.  By the time we were completed things felt nicely balanced. 

In my own private reiki self care this week I have been very focused on the sacral chakra so it was a nice change to feel things out in the head!  I hope the session gave you what you need today for your own personal healing journey.
