Sometimes something that seems like it would be really simple ends up being really difficult. Other times something that seems really difficult ends up being really simple. There are a couple of take aways from this observation: we are not always good judges of what will be easy or difficult, and secondly just because something is easy does not make it "good" or likewise when something is difficult that doesn't make it "bad". They are all just things or situations that require more or less effort. Any values we apply to that are our own, and not intrinsic to the actual nature of those things or situations.

 

Our session today was very simple, practically by-passing my awareness of the energy passing through me entirely. And yet I found myself feeling that it was a difficult process. The wisdom I received and relayed to you above applies most definitely!
