Today's session felt like a more calm follow up to the heaviness from Monday. The energy continued to work for us into yesterday and it felt like a lot of blockage was unraveled. Today was mostly about integrating that work and additional support for it. It was very smooth, coming in slow, gentle waves, filling in any crevices needing to be filled. There will be more heavy days to come - there always are! - but for today we are as we should be. That is always true as well :)
