Sorry for the delay getting this email out. I'm in an area with limited internet services, and will be for the rest of the week so won't be able to send an update tomorrow either. The session will still be happening though! Here's what I wrote yesterday :

 

Today's session was more balanced and comforting than what we experienced on Monday. Of course neither session was better or worse than the other. Each provided what they needed to at the time, in order to assist with what was required. Judging the value of either is neither recommended or advised. They are what they are and nothing more.
