Hi ,

After beginning the session today I saw and felt a bright white light coming down from above and to the right of me.  The wide stream of light entered through my forehead/third eye and filled my head with its energy. After a couple of minutes the beam dissipated but the light/energy continued to swirl around my head in a dizzying way.  I felt it throughout my head and even coming out through my teeth!  While that was happening I brought thoughts of each of you into my head.  After I had done that for each person I felt a strong energy flowing through my spine from root right up to my head.  It was full of gratitude and appreciation for everyone who is a part of this group and felt so positive.  Thank you!

Helpful Hint - You can receive the effects of a session at the time that it is initially completed, regardless of whether you are able to dedicate your attention to it.  You also have the option of sitting down and receiving the energy at a later time should that be your preference.  Energy is not limited by distance or time so if you intend for the session to be received at an alternate time then you will receive its benefits when you ask for it.
