Hi ,

During the session today I felt a very even and strong flow of energy that seemed highly supportive of the work that we've all been doing energetically.  I didn't notice a strong effect during the session, but very soon after the session completed I started to feel very strong adjustments in the sacral chakra (the area below the naval). 

Interestingly I was working with my coach/healer yesterday and he was sending me distance energy focused on that area, and subsequently the root chakra - which is the chakra below the sacral - as it seemed that the root needed work before the sacral in order to heal.  It was a very intense and successful session, and my feeling is that our group session today released something further, which allowed that work that was started yesterday to continue on.  This is a great example of how different sources of healing can work together for your overall benefit.  And it also highlights how healers also require healing - and a combination of self-care (doing reiki on yourself - if you have the training) and receiving energy from other healers are great ways to receive that healing.
