In today's session there was a gentle energy flowing, with one noteable shift nearer to the end. There was attention to a small spot in the middle of the back just to the left of the spine. This was followed by a shift/adjustment in the neck that had the feel of an adjustment that might be done by a chiropractor. I felt that slight crunch that goes along with such an adjustment. This could help with back or neck pain, but could also be more symbolic in that it could help "straighten out" other issues you might be experiencing in your life.
