Hi ,

In today's session there was another spot that featured prominently.  The energy was focused in the area above the belly button - which is known as the solar plexus chakra.

This area is responsible for confidence, self-esteem, reliability, spontaneity, playfulness and sense of humour when in harmonious balance. It provides the ability to meet challenges and a feeling of peace, balance and inner harmony.

If there is insufficient energy in the solar plexus then you could experience poor discipline and follow-through, become cold emotionally or physically, blame others, be unreliable or have low self worth.

Our session today sent a lot of energy to that location so if you were in need then this should have helped you, and will allow you the power to act and be an individual in all that you do.
