There's some wild and chaotic energy out there today! Full moon tonight, but it's also a super moon and there will be a lunar eclipse as well I hear! It's a good time to set intentions to release old patterns that come into your awareness with this moon energy. It can assist with the release and shift of these patterns. Our session today started this process by providing some calming and a bit of clarity to assist in the recognition of the old patterns that may need to be shifted.
