Hi ,

There were indications of challenges in our session today. An overall feeling of numbness could be felt at the beginning: of protection and pain. The energy today was assisting with those difficult parts of life we all deal with: loss, overwhelm, anxiety, stress and related feelings. Sometimes our healing process brings us closer to these challenges - brings the hard feelings back to the surface and asks us to acknowledge them, feel them as much as we can, and allow the space in the process to work them through. This is often not easy to do, and we may not be ready to do that fully at this time. But it is so beneficial if we can honour those feelings, experience them without judgement as much as possible and allow them to go when they are ready. If you are dealing with something big then today we may have only released a small part of the blockage, but any clearing is beneficial and worthy of being thankful for.
