In today's session there was energy focused in the area of the third eye chakra (forehead) and the temples. In general the surface/skin of the face received attention. At the same time I was really aware of the rhythm of the energy of the universe. In this iteration it was felt as a quick beat - probably about 2 per second - on continuous repeat. I felt it through my body as the energy was focused on the head/face. Accessing this can help you to tap into energy greater than your own - the universal. We're all linked into it but this work helps us to raise our vibration and become a fully integral part of it.
