The heart chakra was very prominent again today, similar to the heavy feeling in that area experienced on Monday.  As a recap, and for anyone who didn't see it on Monday, here is what I wrote about this spot. The heart chakra is the 4th chakra and when in harmonious balance is the source of warmth, sincerity and happiness.  It has a strong connection to all life, compassion and willingness to help. If there is insufficient functioning then it could lead to being anti-social or withdrawn, intolerant, critical, judgemental, loneliness or isolation. Physical imbalances can include asthma, blood pressure imbalance, heart or lung issues and others.

Plenty of additional energy flowed to this area during our session today, and I'm finding it interesting that it arose during the first day of our theme for this month - relationships!  The heart weighs heavily in this area, and it will be interesting to see how the theme influences our sessions throughout the month of November.
