Hi ,

In today's session, while energy flowed through me to each of you, there was a message about the fundamental nature of matter. That all things and all beings are energy. And all things and all beings are connected. Each piece is important - each piece is in fact vital. Sometimes it feels like things in our world are chaotic and maybe even incomprehensible, but there is an underlying order in the interconnectedness of the energetic nature of all things. If we can trust in that we solidify our place in the world and bring more peace to ourselves and each other.
