Hi ,

Today's session was focused on 2 different areas of the body. The first was the root chakra (base of the spine) and second was the crown chakra (top of the head). These are opposite ends of the primary chakra system and it very much felt like they were in the process of balancing each other out. They were nourishing each other as the energy was directing to and between each of those locations. At the same time there was a reminder that many of us have protected certain areas of our body that contain gifts we are meant to bring to the world. These gifts could be in the form of a special talent, something you would excel at and bring you joy, your calling. Perhaps we haven't yet found the opportunity or courage to tap into those gifts and share them. For those that might resonate with this the healing processes we are going through with Reiki will help us get to the point of being able to share those gifts, and perhaps even uncover a greater purpose that we may have been searching for.
