Hi ,

We continued along the theme of the week today with more focus in the area of the throat chakra. There was a line of energy going from the back of the neck where it meets the head and down on an angle from there towards the front of the body where the collar bone is found. All the points between those spots received healing energy during the session. This lead to a feeling of greater spaciousness throughout the head. That adjustment felt really good - a more relaxed state over where it started.
