Hi ,

Just like on Wednesday our work today focused on the sacral chakra. But today it was specifically the left side of the body. It was also supported by the solar plexus chakra above it like before,  but again just the left side. The lower part of the rib cage was doing the work this time. There were a few bubbles of adjustment as blockages were cleared. It felt like this was something that could use some longer term attention,  so I asked the energy to continue working on this spot for the next day for those who need it. This feels like an important focus area for right now.
