Hi ,

Our session today was focused on the sacral chakra. This is the area found below the navel and encompassing the reproductive organs, among other things. If you, or someone for whom you have asked for healing, are having physical issues in that area then this felt especially important for you. Part way through there was energy in the area of the solar plexus chakra as well which is right above the sacral. It felt like a comforting blanket providing support and healing where it was needed below. The wise energy felt this was where healing was needed today.
