The heaviness from our session on Monday was not carried over again into today's. We started with a playful energy, darting about here and there. This was followed by deep relaxation as multiple blockages dropped away. So well done! The work you've done is doing wonders, clearing away what no longer serves and opening you up to higher consciousness. Keep up the good work and enjoy each step in your personal journey.
