Hi ,

Today's session was highlighted by a combination of pulsing strong and somewhat heavy energy throughout the torso, as well as energy coming in through the third eye chakra and wrapping in behind the right eye. There was a density to it that asked for compassion. Take time for yourself today if you can, and feel you need it (or even if you don't feel you need it!). You can't go wrong taking time for self-care :)
