Hi ,

Over the weekend I continued to be presented with various forms of the message that what we see is simply our perception, not a fixed reality, in that others see things differently than we do. It even showed up in the novel I'm reading at the moment. 

In the session today I was guided to focus on individuals in the group and the energy went to each on their own with the appropriate focus on each. Often times our sessions are more group oriented and playing on the interactions amongst all members,  but in some cases an individual approach is called for.
