How's this for fun? Our session had a hot fudge sundae theme today! I could see the soft serve being poured into the bowl very clearly. Don't worry though, I have it on good authority that energetic ice cream treats are lactose free, sugar free, fat free and non-allergetic. :) There was a very strong flow of energy to go along with that image. A pulsing vibration throughout the body, healing what needed healing and providing a soothing and relaxing environment at the same time.
