Hi ,

In the first half of today's session I saw visions of big fluffy clouds around the head and passing right through the head. They felt nurturing and nourishing.  Then the clouds cleared and everything was very bright and clear. Bright warm sunshine could be felt on the face, which was also nourishing but in a different way than the clouds. The sun transformed to the feel of a sunset with intense orange light. This is the colour of the sacral chakra, which is the centre of our one on one relationships. There was energy in that light to help with healing we might need in any if those relationships that we have.
