Hi ,

Well, there's been a lot of developments in our sessions recently, but today it was time for a rest. It was energetically quiet during today's session. A soothing and restful period of integration - a time to absorb what has been happening. These quiet times, although not as interesting to write about, are just as important in our energy work!

I also wanted to let you know that I won't be doing an official session on Christmas day, so you'll hear from me next on Monday. Hope you have a wonderful holiday. Have some quality time with your family, and hopefully some quality time with yourself as well!
