Hi ,

The energy flowed smoothly in through my brow and out through my hands, as it does each time we have a session. There was a gentle warmth to it, like taking sips of a soothing hot tea. It supported each of us in integrating the shifts that have been experienced over the last week. We saw incredible things happen recently and today was all about continuing to heal what needs to be healed in order to be able to thrive within the available expanded consciousness.
