Our chakras (energy centres) are general thought of as being fairly flat discs of energy that are parallel to the ground if you are in a standing position. Each of these discs intersect at the level of one of the seven body level chakras. In today's session there was a focus near the 3rd eye chakra, but at first it felt like the disc of energy was out of alignment. It was feeling like it was a bit lower than normal, and shifted on an angle down and to the right. It was crossing through the bridge of the nose as well as the right side of the face through the cheek. Part way through the session I felt a surge in my obdomen near the Solar Plexus chakra, that felt somewhat like a minor electrical shock. It seemed like this had the effect of resetting the 3rd eye chakra back to its normal position at the brow. I trust that this reset was what was needed in this moment.
