Hi ,

In today's session there was a very "swimmy" feeling of the energy moving about my head. It felt very free to explore every nook and cranny of the head, clearing small blockages as they were uncovered, but mostly just free to explore. About half way through the session the focus moved to the shoulders and then arms as tingly energy slowly made it's way down to the hands. Soon after there was additional tingly energy just below the surface of the skin in the face, especially in the cheeks and around the eyes. An intriguing and productive session!
