Hi ,

In today's session, for the first half or so, there was a very small spot on the right side of my head at the back that kept tingling off and on, right at the surface of the skin. I was quite curious about that and whether it might lead to something else. After a while another spot joined it - on the left sideburn area in front of the ear.

Nearer to the end of our session there was a wave of energy that started down the front of the neck (throat chakra) and towards the chest (heart chakra). It seemed that the earlier small spots helped to trigger this wave of healing.
