I hope you've been enjoying the long weekend!  I was lucky to be able to spend time with family this weekend and out in nature, and I'm thankful for that.

Today's session started off with the feeling of energy at a pinpoint on the top of my head.  It was right at the surface, just to the right of centre.  After a little while it started to move around to other spots around the top of my head, but always returning to check in at the initial spot.

After about 15 minutes of that there was a bit of an energy shift and clearing.  The energy started to move downward at that point, making stops at the temples, sinuses, mouth and throat.  After that there was another shift and things felt they were complete for the day.

Helpful Hint - Even if you forgot about it, or were busy, you will still receive the effects of a session.  You also have the option of sitting down and receiving the energy at a later time should that be your preference.  Energy is not limited by distance or time so if you intend for the session to be received at an alternate time then you will receive its benefits when you ask for it.
