Hi ,

There was a very calm and still quality to our session today. It felt like the energy was working on somewhere very deep within us. As we approached the end of the session I was motivated to lift my hands higher into the air as that energy seemed to be pushing its way through. I'm intrigued and excited to see how this affects our being.
